How we use the data
sent through this site.

Your data is processed by Haptein Aetheria. For any question about your data, write to office@beavers-construction.ro.

Through the contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and message. We use them to reply and for the conversations that follow, based on your interest in contacting us and on steps taken before a possible collaboration.

To protect against automated messages, the server keeps a cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address, from which the address cannot be read, to limit the number of messages sent within 10 minutes; expired fingerprints are deleted automatically. The hosting server may keep standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for security.

The message is sent as an email through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) and kept in our mailbox. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or pass it to others for marketing.

We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation and any collaboration require, then delete it, unless the law requires a longer period.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing, by writing to the address above. You have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
